Another year of photographing amazing growing families has passed, more and more families every year all over Oregon – and each new path in my work as an evolving photographer is a welcome one. This year I started doing documentary sessions with families – half or full days, really spending the time to capture moments naturally throughout the day without needing to give any direction – and I love it. Sign me up for more of these and I promise we’ll make some genuine artful images. One fun fact about 2017 is that I photographed 5 different sets of twins which is such a wild coincidence. Thank you dearly to all these families inviting me into their home and into the more intimate aspects of their life. I can only hope for even more awesome moments and more awesome families in 2018.
