A Look Back On 2014
I’m so stoked to share my year in photographs with you. As much as I wanted to, I didn’t get a chance to blog all my weddings, family sessions, and portraits this year, so this post was really important to me – to finally put out into the world all the loveliness I got to experience this year. June Lion has grown more than ever this past year (!), and I am SO grateful for all my wonderful clients friends, and all the referring they have done for me. And the trust you put in me to tell the story of your lives – whether it’s the birth of your child, documenting your growing family, or the moment you put the ring on the finger of your partner for life. I am grateful.
No one has ever accused me of having brief posts and this is no exception. Bear with me to the finish line; there is a lot of joy to be had to the very end.
Press play and let’s do this. The song is “Morning” by Beck.

These are so lovely! I love your end-of-the-year recaps.
Dear Kelly,
Thanks for capturing so many moments. Consider that, in a sense, you have created many of them as well. I know when you showed up to our house, I got to see myself, and all the love my family creates every day.
Thank you
You’ve captured such beautiful moments that all of these people will treasure. I love your work!
I’m a Vancouver/Portland Wedding and Portrait Photographer and I stumbled upon your website. I have to say, it’s rare – no, extremely rare – to find someone whose work tells so much about who THEY are. Aside from being obviously talented and creative, you’ve put so much of yourself and your heart in your photography I feel like I know you just from your work. Absolutely phenomenal images, I really am in awe. Keep up the good work.
I can’t get over how beautiful your photos are… the moments you capture are so beautiful and touch and fun. And the landscapes blow me away. Thank you for sharing your recap! I’m so happy you shot Lee Ann and Andrew’s wedding – I think they were my favorite couple this year. 😀
Stellar work , my friend. 🙂
